Loving grandfather of Billie Jean (Brian Tenkman) Swingle, Brandy Swingle Hartman, Maggie Swingle, and Kenny Swingle Jr. Great grandfather of Rieley Hartman, Andy Hartman Jr., Maddie Tenkman and Mariana Tenkman. Uncle of Peggy ( Herbert "Chip" Mueller) Schuck, Kelly Tucker and Tony Schuck. Great uncle of Hannah and Jamie Davis and Sean Tucker. Also survived by Melissa Swingle. Bill passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at the age of 92. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd. on Wednesday (August 25) from 12pm until time of Masonic service at 1:15pm, funeral service immediately following.
