Wesley "Wes" Powers, beloved husband of the late Flora D. (nee Nunnelley) Powers. Devoted father of Juanita (John) Sachse, Terri (late Cliff) Applegate, Rick (Connie) Powers, David (Carolyn) Powers, Steve Powers, Greg (Lisa) Powers and Michelle (Lyn) Powers. Also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Wes proudly served in his beloved Marine Corps in the South Pacific. He saw action on Guadalcanal and Okinawa and the Occupation of China. Was wounded in the Battle on Okinawa. Semper Fidelis (Once A Marine Always A Marine). Retired from General Motors as a Master Tool and Die Maker. Later helped with Saturn Tool and Die, a division of General Motors. Passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021, age 94. Private Services.
