Dear brother of Barbara (Tom) Mortimer, Joyce (Dave) Gerdes, Janet (Matt) Stansbury, Mary (Rob) Tankersley and Jim Kemper. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Pre-ceded in death by his parents Edward and Florence Kemper. Tom passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at the age of 68. Tom loved umpiring baseball, golfing, bowling, refereeing football and horse racing. Visitation on Wednesday (Oct 5) from 10am until time of funeral service at 12pm.
