In loving memory of Thomas Joseph Hart, who was born on May 9, 1948, and was the cherished son of the late Francis Hart and the late Dorothy (nee Bishop) Hart. Tom will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He passed away peacefully on August 9, 2026, at the age of 78, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family, leaving a profound legacy that will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate to know him.

Tom is now reunited in heaven with his beloved wife of 48 years, the late Linda (nee White) Hart. Together, they fostered a home filled with laughter, love, and countless cherished memories. As a devoted father, Tom took great pride in his children: Erin Hart, Kevin (Lyndi) Hart and Ryan (Kelsey) Hart. He was also a proud grandfather to Ainsley, Ellis, Haywood, Sawyer, and Lennon and was a loving brother to Dorothy "Dottie" May Schlomer. His love extended to his nieces and nephews, and he will forever hold a special place in the hearts of his family.

Tom proudly served in the United States Army as a First Lieutenant, where he distinguished himself as a Bronze Star recipient. His commitment to service extended beyond his military career as he became a well-respected CPA and the President and CEO of Hart and Gersbach. His passion for his work was matched only by his dedication to his community.

A true pillar of the Colerain Township community, Tom served as a former trustee and held the presidency of the Colerain Township Business Association. His passion for community development and service was unwavering. He found joy in local endeavors, fostering connections that enriched the lives of those around him.

A devout Catholic, Tom found comfort and strength in his faith as a longstanding parishioner at St. Ann Church. His connection to the church was a source of solace and community, fostering many cherished friendships. Tom utilized his talents and time to uplift others, pouring his heart into every endeavor, whether at work or among friends.

In his leisure time, Tom embraced life with enthusiasm as he adored golfing and spent many joyful hours on the course, reveling in the camaraderie of friends and colleagues. Tom also found joy in traveling and taking care of his yard. Yet, what he cherished most were the moments spent with his family, where gatherings were filled with laughter and love.

In honor of Tom's remarkable life, a visitation will be held at Frederick Funeral Home, located at 2553 Banning Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45239 on Thursday, August 13, 2026 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Ann Church, located at 2900 W Galbraith Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45239, on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Family and friends will gather to share in a time of prayer and reflection, recounting stories and laughter that capture Tom's journey through life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association , P.O. Box 96011 Washington, DC 20090-6011.
