Devoted father of Steven Eugene Hall Jr., Joshua Edward (Morgan) Hall and Thomas Gray. Loving grandfather of Adam and Colton and granddog Rudy. Dear brother of Sherry Razek, Debra (Allen) Roberts, Vickie (Greg) Beck, Mark Hall and late Frank Hall. Also survived by his dogs, Boo and Turbo and his former wife, Vicki Hall. Son of the late Wanda (nee Mercer) and Oliver Hall, Jr. Passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2020. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd., on Thursday (Oct. 8) from 12:00 p.m. -2:00 p.m. followed by graveside service at Crown Hill Memorial Park, 11825 Pippin Rd., at 2:00 p.m. Family would like everyone to dress casual and if possible wear Cincinnati Bengals attire.
