Steve Pleasants, beloved husband of Beverly (nee Weisgerber) Pleasants. Devoted father of Rickie Lee (Dan) Caldwell, Jordan, Frankie and Sydney (Logan Smith) Pleasants. Loving grandfather of his beautiful grandchildren Ollie and Joe Caldwell. Son of Jane Lloyd and the late Thomas Pleasants. Dear brother of Christi Helsel and Sherri (Dan) Esposito. Uncle of Jessica, Courtney, Christian and Ivy. Son-in-law of Mary Morris and David (Judy) Weisgerber. Brother-in-law of David (Liz) Weisgerber, Chris (Don) West and Sherry (Mark) Murray. He also leaves many nieces and nephews and extended family Alyssa & Jax. Steve passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at the age of 62. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Ann Church, 2900 Galbraith Rd. on Friday (March 12) at 10am. Funeral mass will be streamed on St. Ann website ( https://saintannparish.org/ ). Steve (aka Pete) had a great love for God, the Blessed Mother and his family. Everyday was "the greatest day of his life." Steve was a Research Specialist for The Procter & Gamble Company, 26 years in Paper Products Research. He was a gentleman's farmer and a carpenter. He enjoyed coaching youth soccer and especially his children's many years of participation in the Taylor Creek Youth Organization where he previously served as a member of the board.
