Patrick Joseph Bonfield

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Patrick Joseph Bonfield, who departed this life on May 7, 2025, at the age of 75. Born on January 20, 1950, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Pat was the cherished son of the late Carroll "Skeets" and the late Ruth (nee Groene) Bonfield.

Patrick is survived by his beloved sisters, Barbara (Ron) Speidel and Mary (Jeff) Seibert. He was a proud uncle to Eric (Liz) Speidel, Jason Speidel, Dan (Jamie) Houchin, Amanda Houchin, Matt (Kristen) Houchin, and Kim Seibert, as well as a great uncle to many.

A proud graduate of LaSalle High School, Patrick embodied the spirit of his alma mater as an avid sports fan, passionately cheering for the Lancers throughout his life. He took great joy in following his favorite teams, including the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds, and was especially captivated by the excitement of NASCAR racing.

Family and friends will gather to honor Pat's life during a visitation on May 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM, both to be held at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45239.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made in Pat's memory to LaSalle High School Boosters , located at 3091 N Bend Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45239, or to Suncrest Hospice , at 9050 Centre Pointe Dr Suite 100, West Chester Township, OH 45069.
