Patricia (nee McDonald) Keefer, peacefully passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024, at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late John Keefer. Devoted mother of James Keefer. Dear sister of Rita Blodgett. Loving cousin of Judy Singer, and Bobbi Gross, Katie Stum, Jim Gruber, Diane Niehaus, late Dennis Gruber, Elaine Delaplane, Lynne Mitchell, Tim Gruber, Joann Woolley, Gerri Richter, Dave Gruber, and Chris Volk. Preceded in death by her parents Francis J. McDonald and Ivadell L. (nee McBride) McDonald.

Patricia was a cherished member of her community, and her absence leaves a void that will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved her. Patricia was a woman of simple pleasures and found joy in the everyday moments of life. Her love for her family was immeasurable and was evident in the way she nurtured and cared for them throughout her life.

Patricia had a passion for sports and admired the Xavier basketball team, as well as the Cincinnati Reds baseball team and the Bengals Football team. She would eagerly support her favorite teams, sharing in the excitement and joy when they won.

Traveling was another one of Patricia's great passions. She found solace and joy exploring the beautiful landscapes of Hawaii, the historical wonders of Rome, and the enchanting landscapes of Ireland. These experiences enriched her life, allowing her to appreciate the beauty and diversity of the world.

As a devout Catholic, Patricia found comfort in her faith and was an active member of Corpus Christi Church. She dedicated her time and energy to serving others, whether it was through her involvement in the bereavement team or volunteering at her local food pantry. Her selfless acts of kindness touched the lives of many and left an indelible impact on the community.

Patricia selflessness and kind spirit touched the lives of many, leaving an enduring legacy of compassion and service. Patricia will be forever remembered for her warmth, love, and selflessness.
