Norma Jean (nee Roberts) Burwinkel, beloved wife of 65 years to the late John Frank Burwinkel. Devoted mother of the late John (Betty) Burwinkel, William (late Vickie) Burwinkel, Jo Ann (Jerome) Brausch and the late Louis "Louie" Burwinkel. Loving grandmother of John (Angie) Burwinkel, Carrie Burwinkel, Billy (Abby) Burwinkel, Matthew (Lauren) Brausch, Amy (Jon) Tieman, Michelle (Blake) Hill, Keith (Katie) Burwinkel, Ben (Andrea) Burwinkel, Christopher (Kristin) Brausch and Nicholas Brausch. Great- grandmother of Ava, Miranda, Caroline, Brendan, Nolan, Margaret, Maria, Louis, Amelia, Benjamin, Joseph, Billy, Nora and Henry. Daughter of the late Walter Dempsey and Norma (nee Tillotson) Roberts, sister of William Vernon (Faye) Roberts. Norma peacefully passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025 at the age of 88.

Norma treasured being a wife to John for 65 years and the two shared their devotion to their Catholic faith. She was a proud sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Norma was generous with her time and many talents. Norma enjoyed her time in the kitchen cooking for family parties and baking delicious treats. She also loved sewing, gardening, camping with friends, reading novels, and socializing in her community. Norma was unwavering in her care for her late son, Louie, through many years of illness. Norma will always be remembered for her devotion to faith, family, and living life to the fullest.
