In loving memory of Matilda Thelma Eisenmann, who graced this world on June 5, 1945, in Cincinnati, Ohio and was the cherished daughter of the late Nicholas and late Matilda (nee Reardon) Passafiume. Thelma, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on August 19, 2026, at the age of 81. She will be deeply missed for her bright spirit, kind heart, and unwavering love.

Thelma was the devoted mother of Tonja (Steven) Young, Robert (Tonya) Eisenmann, Richard (Jennifer) Eisenmann, and Michael (Malinda) Eisenmann. She took great pride in being a grandmother to Matthew, Luke, late Hailey, Jacob, Madeline, Isabella, Katelyn, and Amanda. A dear sister to the late Elizabeth "Betty" Snow and an aunt to Theresa Snow, late Joseph Snow, and late Nicoletta Snow, her family meant the world to her.

In honoring Thelma's remarkable life, family and friends will gather for a visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, located at 2553 Banning Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45239, on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 12 PM until the time of the funeral service at 2 PM. This will be a moment for reflection, prayer, and the sharing of cherished stories, celebrating Thelma's beautiful journey through life.

Thelma's passions included crocheting, reading, solving puzzles, listening to music, traveling, and cheering on Notre Dame football. However, her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
