She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond W. Schaefer. Devoted mother of Sharon (John) Geise, Stephen (Karen) Schaefer, Kenneth (Terri) Schaefer, Michelle (Brad) Karoleff, Gerald (Trish) Schaefer and Rae Jean Schaefer. Loving grandmother of Patrick, Eric, Mark (Maddie), Nicholas (Cami), Christian (Emily), Joshua, Corey (Bria), Sam, Tim (Taylor) and Tori (Omer). Great grandmother of Corbin, Duke, Lincoln, Edith, Audrey, Charles, Leo and Will. Dear sister of Alvin (Corrine) Kramer, Frank (late Yvonne) Kramer and Michael (Mary) Kramer and many nieces and nephews.

Her kind and gentle spirit will forever be remembered by those whose lives she touched. Mary Ann's life was one of unwavering dedication to her family. She poured her heart and soul into caring for her children and grandchildren, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth. Her home was a haven of comfort and joy, reflecting her passion for flower gardening, cooking delicious meals, and hosting family gatherings with a touch of Martha Stewart-like finesse. Her dedication to her loved ones was unparalleled, as she worked tirelessly to create a nurturing home environment and provide for her family in every possible way. Mary Ann found fulfillment in the simple pleasures of life reading books, playing card such as bridge and 500. Mary Ann found unwavering faith as she would often volunteer at her church, where her faith played a central role in her life. Her work at the church reflected her commitment to serving others and instilling spiritual values in her loved ones. This nurturing spirit extended beyond her immediate family, touching the lives of all those around her with kindness and compassion. Mary Ann will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Memorial gathering on Saturday (May 11) at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 5361 Dry Ridge Rd., from 9:15 a.m. until Memorial Mass at 10:00 a.m. The Schaefer family would like to extend a thanks to the staff at Twin Towers for the care they gave their Mom. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Mary Ann's enduring spirit will be deeply missed but forever remembered for her kindness, strength, and unwavering love. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love and light she bestowed upon others throughout her life.
