In loving memory of Marjorie Marie Schoettmer, who was born in Cincinnati, OH, on February 9, 1922, and passed away peacefully on January 14, 2026, at the remarkable age of 103. Marjorie was the cherished daughter of the late Albert and Margaret Adolf, and her warmth and kindness touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Marjorie is now reunited in heaven with her beloved husband, the late Richard C. Schoettmer, Sr. Together, they created a nurturing and loving home for their children: Nancy (Gary) Bruner, Gerald "Skip" (Kris) Schoettmer, Kathy (Rick) Sollmann, and Richard C. (Christina) Schoettmer, Jr. She took immense pride in her role as a grandmother to Michael (Ginger) Bruner, Julie (Rob) Gundy, Mark (Jenni) Bruner, Jason (Monique) Schoettmer, Elizabeth Roda, Tyler (Carly) Schoettmer, Scott (Robyn) Sollmann, Stacey (Cameron) Cahill, and Steven (Kate) Sollmann. Marjorie was also a loving great-grandmother to Ty, Kyle, and Kevin (Raven) Bruner, Cory (Kimmi) and Casey Gundy, Logan, Leighton, McKinley Bruner, Jackson, Talia Schoettmer, Brayden, Bella Roda, Halle, Jake, Ryan Schoettmer, Posey, Violet, Clover, and Ivy Sollmann, Connor and Courtney Cahill, Margaret, William and Luke Sollmann and a great great-grandmother to Charlie, Oakley, Laney, Declan, Maeve, and Vivienne Bruner. She was also a dear sister of the late Alberta (Jack) Mulcare. Majorie will forever hold a special place in the hearts of her family, and her memory will live on through stories filled with love and laughter.

Professionally, Marjorie devoted herself to serving as a secretary at St. Xavier High School, a role in which she found fulfillment and a sense of purpose in contributing to her community. Her faith as a devout Catholic provided her with strength and comfort throughout her life, guiding her with love and compassion. In her leisure time, Marjorie cherished simple pleasures, such as playing the piano, enjoying card games, bowling, and creating countless memories that will be remembered by all.

In honor of Marjorie's life, visitation will be held at St. Margaret Mary Church on Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., where family and friends are invited to gather and share stories of her remarkable life.
