Margaret Louise Baird (nee Hoff), a cherished mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2026, at the age of 79. She was born on October 11, 1946, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Herman and Frances (nee McMahon) Hoff.
Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her devoted daughter, Katherine (Daniel) Kemper, and is now reunited in spirit with her late son, William Baird, Jr. She took immense pride as grandmother to Darien Hail and Lydia Kemper, and great-grandmother to Finnley.
Throughout her life, Margaret displayed an unwavering commitment to her family. She found joy in watching her children's families grow. Outside of family life, she had a fondness for mystery shows from the UK, often losing herself in the twists and turns of a good plot.
In honor of Margaret's life, the family will hold services at their convenience, designed to celebrate her spirit and the love she shared so generously with those around her. May her memory continue to inspire and bring comfort to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
