Join us in celebrating the remarkable life of Marcella "Marce" R. Ruter (nee Popp), a loving wife, devoted mother, and cherished grandmother. Marce, who passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2024, at the age of 90, will be remembered for her love of gardening, crafting, and playing cards. She delighted in sewing, engaging in her favorite pastime of reading, and finding treasures at garage sales.

She was a beloved wife of the late Robert G. Ruter. Devoted mother of Debbie Reeves, Dave (Kim) Ruter, Russ (Mary) Ruter and Mike (Missy) Ruter. Loving and proud grandmother of Melissa, Matt, Alex (Bella), Jacob (Bekah) , Lindsay, Dylan, the late Jen Rentz and the late Mark Ruter. Great grandmother of Conner, Sydnee, and Madisyn.

Please join us for a joyous celebration of Marce's life at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd., on Friday, May 3, from 12:30pm-1:30pm for visitation. Following the visitation, a graveside service will be held at Crown Hill Memorial Park at 2 pm.
