It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our dear brother, Lito Rodriguez. After a life filled with competition, laughter, love, and devotion, he entered into God's kingdom on March 22, 2026.  Lito was preceded in death by his parents, Teresita Rodriguez and Felicisimo Rodriguez, and his brother, Greg Rodriguez.

Born in the Philippines, Lito moved to the United States at the age of four, eventually calling Cincinnati home. He was a proud graduate of St. Catharine of Sienna and St. Xavier High School, later earning his Bachelor's degree in Business from Xavier University.

Lito was a man of many passions. A lifelong athlete, he excelled in baseball, basketball, and softball, competing in various leagues for years. His love for the game never faded; he was a steadfast supporter of his Cincinnati teams, the Reds and the Bengals, and, of course, a devoted fan of his beloved Xavier Musketeers. Beyond the playing field, Lito found a community of friends and intense competition at the poker table, a hobby that brought him great joy.

Professionally, Lito spent time as a real estate agent before finding a career that perfectly aligned with his love for gaming as a casino dealer.

Above all else, Lito was a man who deeply cherished his family and friends. He was a loving brother to Al (Michelle) Rodriguez, Eric Rodriguez, Mel (Judy) Rodriguez, and Janice (Jerry) Clark, and a dear brother-in-law to Kirsten Rodriguez. He was also close to his many cousins and a proud and loving uncle to nieces and nephews, each of whom will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

In honor of Lito's life, a visitation will take place at Frederick Funeral Home, located at 2553 Banning Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45239, on March 27, 2026, from 3:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 6:00 PM. We invite all who knew Lito to join us in celebrating his life, sharing heartfelt stories that reflect the joy he brought to our lives. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation at 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016 in support of a cause that was important to Lito.
