Kip was not just known for his role as General Manager at Red Robin, but for the warmth and camaraderie he cultivated with his team and customers alike. His passion for bringing smiles to others' faces mirrored the joy he found in the simple pleasures of life, like the beauty of blooming flowers, which he adored. Kip was a man of few words but rich in spirit, always ready to lend a helping hand or share a laugh.

He is survived by his wife Esperanza Barajas Aguirre, his beloved daughter, Madison Horton, and his loving granddaughter, Hadley Sargent, who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.
