Joyce E. Rizzo (nee Thomas), beloved wife of the late John Rizzo. Devoted mother of Jeanne (Brian) Johnson, Victor (Cindy) Rizzo and the late Anthony Rizzo. Loving grandmother of Sarah (Greg) Vitolo, Kristin (Kevin) Burke, Jocelyn Johnson and Christina Johnson. Great grandmother of Jack and Ava Vitolo, Parker, Peyton and Laney Burke. Joyce passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023 at the age of 91. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Road on Thursday (August 3) from 10am until time of funeral service at 11am.
