In loving memory of Joyce L. Blust, who was a loving mother, granny, and dear friend. Joyce was born in Pulaski, Tennessee on February 18, 1939, and was the cherished daughter of the late Lester and Bessie Tidwell. She passed away peacefully on September 26, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving behind a legacy of love and nurturing that will forever be remembered by her family and friends.

Joyce's heart knew no bounds as she dedicated her life to caring for her family. She is now reunited in heaven with her late husband, Walter "Ace" Blust, with whom she built a loving and nurturing home. Together, they raised their children, David (Jenny) Blust, Sherry (Alvin) Hayes, and Cindy (John) Radenheimer, instilling them with values of love and compassion. Joyce was a proud and adoring granny to her grandchildren Cara Ball, Tony (Jackie) Miller, Kelli (Matt) Goedde, Steph (Luke) Kopyar, Dean (Lori) Roden, Stacey Dom, Andy (Sandra) Blust, and Jake (Lindsay) Blust. She also cherished her role as great granny to nineteen and great-great granny to three little ones, each of whom brought immeasurable joy to her life. Joyce was preceded in death by her dear sister, Nell Glover, and her beloved twin sister, Joan Fowler. She leaves behind cherished memories in the hearts of her long-time friend, Carol Lynch, and the countless lives she touched with her generosity and kindness.

Joyce exemplified the essence of nurturing and kindness. As a devoted homemaker, she found joy in supporting her family, cooking delicious meals, and being there for them in every way possible. Joyce cherished every moment spent at her grandchildren's sporting events, cheering them on with unwavering support and enthusiasm. A fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds, she found joy watching the games and sharing laughter and love during family outings.

In honor of Joyce's remarkable life, a visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45239 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to gather and celebrate the beautiful life of a woman who touched so many hearts.
