Joseph H. "Joe" Bosse, Jr., a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and friend, will be fondly remembered by all whose lives he touched. Born on March 20, 1937, in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Florence (nee Heile) and late Joseph H. Bosse, Sr. Joe peacefully passed away at the age of 88 on September 14, 2025, leaving behind cherished memories and a life devoted to family and faith.

He was the beloved husband of Michaelyn "Mickey" (nee Ross) Bosse for 56 wonderful years. Together, they built a family filled with joy and laughter. Joe was a devoted father to Julie (Jeremy) Harvey, Jenny (Mitch) Yaeger, and Joseph "Joe" Bosse III, and he took pride in being a loving Papaw to TJ (Brittney) Harvey, Zach Harvey, Michael Bosse, Jess Yaeger, Tom Yaeger and Ella Bosse. It was a proud moment when he welcomed his great-grandson, Grayson Harvey, into the world. Dear brother of Mary (Earl) Ritterholz, late Norbert (late Janet) Bosse, late Jerome (late Netty) Bosse, late Bernard (Kitty) Bosse, late Edward (late Sadie) Bosse and late Rose (late Jim) Lange. Brother-in-law of JoAnn (late Herman) Douglas, late Joe (Paula) Ross and Lou Ross. He is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews, embracing a family network that was strong and supportive.

Joe was known as a hard-worker and devoted over 30 years of his life to Partridge Meats. His work ethic was unmatched, and he found joy in staying active even after retirement. Joe took on various roles at establishments like Mt. Healthy Pony Keg, Porter Paints, Heid's Bowling Alley, and St. James of White Oak. He found joy in activities like playing golf with friends, playing card games, bike riding and a family bowling league. He and Mickey created many memories with family and friends in their travels.

A celebration of Joe's life will take place with reverence and love. Visitation is scheduled for Monday September 22 from 9:00am to 10:30am at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd. Following this gathering of family and friends, a Mass of Christian Burial will commence at St. Ann Church, 2900 W. Galbraith Rd., at 11:00am, where we will honor and remember a family man whose kindness and love will live on in our hearts.
