In loving memory of Joan A. Hoffman, a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, who passed away peacefully on June 22, 2026, at the age of 93. Born on October 27, 1932, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to George and Ethel Bader. She lived a life filled with love, compassion, and dedication to her family and community.

Joan is now reunited in heaven with her loved ones, the late Robert J. Fain, late Ralph Hoffman and late Robert J. Fain Jr. She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion through her daughters, Judy A. (Dave) Mazes, Joan A. (Ted) Murray, and Mary E. (Michael) Durkin. She was a proud grandmother to Aaron (Missy) Mazes, Jason Tucher, Joseph Fain, Nicholas Fain, Antonio (Amanda) Lassandro, and Lauren (Mario) Luna, and a great-grandmother to Nikolette, Dominic, Ali, Ariana, Arlo, Lennon, Margeaux, and Willow. Joan will forever hold a special place in the hearts of her family, and her memory will live on through stories filled with love and laughter.

A devoted member of her community, Joan poured her heart into her passions. As an accomplished crocheter and quilter, she spent countless hours creating beautiful quilts, hats, and scarves that she generously donated to local churches and charities. Many of her lovingly crafted baby quilts found their way to mothers in need at pregnancy centers, embodying her belief in caring for others and giving back to the community. Above all, she treasured her family. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her loved ones in the summer, creating beautiful memories that will be treasured for years to come.

In honor of Joan life a visitation will be held at St. Ann Church on June 26, 2026, at 9:30 AM, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:30 AM. Joan will be laid to rest at St. Joseph Cemetery - New, 4500 Foley Road, Cincinnati, OH 45238. The family kindly requests that memorials be made to the Reach Out Pregnancy Center, located at 803 E Broadway St, Harrison, OH 45030, ensuring that Joan's legacy of helping others continues.

As we gather to celebrate Joan's remarkable life, we are reminded of her unwavering love for her family and her passion for giving. May her spirit inspire us all to embrace kindness and compassion, just as she did.
