Devoted mother of Janice (Tom) Nieman, Judy (late Gus) Melchion, Karen Oeters, John (late Dorothy) Robers, Jeff (Nancy) Robers, Kathi (Mike) Knueven, Larry (Marianne Dames) Robers, Glenn (Barb) Robers, Eric (Marti) Robers, Chris (Carolyn) Robers and Shelli (Doug) Newell. Loving grandmother of 29, great grandmother of 32 and great great grandmother of 2.

Jeanne, was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and member of our community. Born on July 4, 1922, in Kansas City, MO, Jeanne brought love, laughter, and a vibrant spirit to those who knew her. Jeanne's journey began in Kansas City, but fate led her to build her life in Cincinnati. She dedicated herself to her role as a devoted homemaker, finding joy in creating a nurturing and loving environment for her family.

Throughout her life, Jeanne's passion for dance took center stage. From a young age, she displayed her natural grace and talent on the dance floor, eventually becoming an esteemed dance teacher. Jeanne's skills as a baton majorette at North College Hill High School showcased her true essence - a creative and free-spirited soul, captivating audiences with every graceful movement. Her dedication to the art of dance and her commitment to teaching dance left an indelible mark on the lives of her students.

As time passed, Jeanne embraced new hobbies and delighted in playing card games such as Bridge and Oh Hell. It was during these gatherings that she cultivated lasting friendships, creating memories that will be cherished by those fortunate enough to have shared in her joyous spirit.

Jeanne also played an integral role in her family's business at Lakeridge Hall. Her unwavering commitment and tireless efforts behind the scenes contributed to the success and growth of the establishment. She poured her heart and soul into the management of Lakeridge Hall, leaving an enduring legacy within the thriving community.

Jeanne will be forever remembered for her compassionate spirit, her radiant smile, and her unwavering love. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who were fortunate to have her touch their lives. Jeanne peacefully passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at the age of 101. Visitation will be held at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd. on Friday (February 23) from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Little Flower Church, 5560 Kirby Rd. on Saturday (February 24) at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Little Flower Church or Hospice of Cincinnati.
