Jane (nee Volk) Hoebbel, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at the age of 96. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 15, 1927, Jane lived a life rich in love, laughter, and cherished memories, who valued the importance of family above all else.

Jane found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it be spending endless hours on the golf course, engaging in friendly card games, or embarking on exciting travels to new destinations. Her passion for golf was unparalleled, and she approached each game with a competitive spirit and unwavering determination. Jane's love for cards brought her closer to friends and family, creating countless moments of joy and camaraderie.

In her professional life, Jane worked tirelessly as an employee of Dr. John Strong DDS. She dedicated herself to her work, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence in all she did.

Above all, Jane cherished her role as a mother and raising her children with compassion, kindness, and unwavering support. Family was the center of Jane's world, and her legacy of love and devotion will forever be cherished by those who knew her.

Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Hoebbel. Devoted mother of John (Barb) Hoebbel, Mary Anne (late Jack) Balcom, Robert (Debbie) Hoebbel, Gary (late LeAnne) Hoebbel and Jude (Bill) Venanzi. Loving grandmother of Jennifer, Jeff, Christopher, Charles, John, Dean, Mark, Robert, Kaytee, Barbara, Travis, Gina and Mia. Great grandmother of 15 great grandchildren. Visitation at St. Ann Church, 2900 W. Galbraith Rd., on Saturday (July 13) from 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. George Jacquemin officiating, to honor Jane's life as we gather to pay our respects, share memories, and celebrate the life of a remarkable woman. May she rest in peace, knowing she was loved and cherished beyond measure.
