James Anthony "Jim" Theobald, Sr.
Beloved son of Jean (nee Schwartz) and the late Reuben Theobald. Devoted father of Brian Theobald, Shawna Theobald, James A. (Julie) Theobald Jr. and Christopher Theobald. Proud grandfather of Jessica, DJ, Samantha (Scott), Crystal and Steven. Great grandfather of Zyler and Cole. Dear brother of David Theobald, Carol (Ron) Meyer, Gary (Mary Ann) Theobald, Diane (Gary) Kuhlmann, Marianne (Dale) Rolfes and Mark (Julie) Theobald. Also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, friends and pets which he loved. Jim was a Vietnam Army Veteran, worked at Milacron for 32 years and Wardway Fuels for 13 years. He also worked at Drew's on the River Bar and Grill where he made many friends. Jim enjoyed boating and driving his 1972 Gran Torino. Passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021, age 70. Visitation (only 30 people at any given time allowed in the building) at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd., on Tuesday (Jan. 19) from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jude Church, 5924 Bridgetown Rd., on Wednesday (Jan. 20) at 10:30 a.m. Face masks are required.
