James E. Day "Bucky", beloved husband for 62 years to Dolores (nee Huneck) Day. Devoted father of James (Karen) Day Jr. Loving grandfather of Kelsey and Evan. Dear brother of Linda (David), Bev (Gary), Dennis (Maria), Ricky, Ken and Janie. Preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Blanche Day, and Dolores Day, his siblings; Judy, Pat (Jim), Kitty (Alex), Cheryl (Earl) and Mike. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. James passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at the age of 83. A memorial mass will take place at St. James Church White Oak, 3565 Hubble Rd. on Friday (May 26) at 10:30 a.m. A celebration of his life will take place at Pebble Creek golf course event center, 9799 Prechtel Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45252 on Wednesday June 14 from 12pm-3pm.
