James "Jim" Albert Auer of Cincinnati, OH. Passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Rose Marie (nee Puls) Auer for 55 years. Loving father of Jeff (Angie) Auer and Jeannie (Chris) Brigger. Proud grandfather of Noah Brigger, Ben Brigger, Jesse Brigger, Natalie Brigger, Jairun Auer and Cassie Auer. Cherished son of the late Alvin Auer and Marcella (nee Deis) Auer. Devoted canine owner of Sugar and Cinnamon. Esteemed teacher of Language Arts and Religion for 30 years at St. Martin of Tours School and prolific freelance writer. Donated his body for medical research. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Cheviot, OH on Thursday, April 18, at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Martin of Tours Church or the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
