In loving memory of George A. Stevens, a devoted Ohio State fan and skilled craftsman, who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 62. George was born on December 28, 1961, and throughout his life, he found great joy in woodworking and carpentry, showcasing his talent and creativity through his craft. His hands were truly gifted, and his work reflected his passion for creating beauty out of wood.

George's infectious energy and unwavering loyalty to his favorite team, the Ohio State Buckeyes, brought enthusiasm and camaraderie to all those around him. He could often be found cheering on his team, his spirit and passion evident in every game.

George is a beloved son to his parents the late Carl Stevens Sr. and late Geneva (nee Irvine) Stevens. George is survived by his two kids Kevin (Mandy) King and Shelby West, his grandchild Jasper Alexander King and his loving brothers and sisters, Timothy Stevens, William Stevens, Theresa Potzick and Rose Randolph. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his three brothers Carl Stevens Jr., Peter Stevens, and Mark Stevens.

As we reflect on the life of George Stevens, we remember a man who approached every task with dedication and skill, leaving a mark on the world through his craftsmanship and devotion. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
