Devoted mother of Mary (late Michael) Burns, John (Amy) Nerswick, Ann (Timothy) Schlater, Edward Nerswick, late James Nerswick, Carol (John) Cole, Paul Nerswick, Thomas (Josephine) Nerswick,  and Raymond (Kim) Nerswick. Mother-in-law of Loretta Nerswick. Loving grandmother of 34 and great grandmother of 27. Dear sister of late Gerard (Claire) Windes, Mary (late Hal) Olson, and Margaret (Davis) Ramserran. Preceded in death by the late Sarah Nerswick. Also survived by 11 nieces and nephews. Frances was a loving and nurturing woman who loved cooking and taking care of her family. She was a devout Catholic and entered Heaven on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at the age of 90.
