Frances L. Detmer (nee Dean), beloved wife of Jack R. Detmer. Devoted mother of Lisa Ann (Matthew) Midei and Angela Renee Ward. Loving grandmother of Nicholas B. Midei, Andrew C. (Kelly) Nascimento and Connor Ward. Preceded in death by her parents Charles "Chick" and Gladys (nee Woodruff) Dean, and her siblings Jim, Lawrence, Ralph, Iva and Hilda. Frances passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at the age of 84. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Road on Friday (March 26) from 8:30am to 10:00am, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ann Church at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to S.P.C.A. of Cincinnati or Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Maximum of 50 people in the Funeral Home at any given time.
