Devoted mother of Mark Wiesman, Gemma (Luke) Uetrecht, Mary Wiesman, Tom (Jeana) Wiesman, Steve (Rachel) Wiesman and Michael (Tam) Dowd. Loving grandmother of Drew, Daniel, Jonathan, Jen, Lilly, Dutch, Lance, Xavier, Molly, Benjamin, Kelly, Brianna, Madison and Liam. Great grandmother of Charlotte and Henry. Dear sister of Gemma (Charlie) Riedinger, late Gloria Brune', late Tom Dowd, late Frank Dowd and late Mary Lou Dowd. Elaine passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, July 9, 2023, age 83. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd., on Friday (July 14) from 9:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ann Church, 2900 W.
