Dorothy "Dottie" A. Bruno, a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at the age of 92. Born on July 29, 1931, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Dottie will be dearly missed by all those who were fortunate to know her.

Dottie leaves behind her loving daughters,  Debra Marie Chapman and Marisa Ann (Steve) Pierani. She was a source of joy and light to her grandchildren, Austin, Christopher, Megan, Leo, and Hannah, and her great-grandchildren, Graham and Natalie. Dottie also leaves behind many other family members and friends who will forever treasure her memory.

Known for her love of reading, her adoration of dogs, and her passion for shopping, Dottie was a devout Catholic whose faith was a guiding light in her life. She touched the hearts of many with her kindness, warmth, and unwavering love.

A memorial gathering will be held in honor of Dottie at St. Boniface Church, located at 1750 Chase Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45223 on Thursday, June 27, 2024, from 9:30am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am. The funeral arrangements are being coordinated with Frederick Funeral Home.
