With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Donald L. Case, a cherished husband, father, brother, and friend, who peacefully passed away on February 28, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on June 7, 1957, in Newport, Kentucky, Don lived a life filled with love, laughter, and an unwavering dedication to those he cared about.

Don is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen "Kathy" Case (nee Feldman), and their devoted children, Rick and Lisa Case. He also leaves behind his dear sisters, Debra (Mike) DuPriest and Shelley (Chuck) DuPree, as well as his brothers-in-law, Don Feldman and Ken (late Rose) Koch. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anita (late Howard) Lovell and Don (Mary Lou) Case. Don's legacy also lives on through numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom cherished him deeply.

A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Don served honorably for six years, embodying the values of courage and commitment. His passions were as expansive as his heart; he found joy in the beauty of eagles and the serenity of lighthouses. A voracious reader with an insatiable curiosity for history and space, Don loved to embark on adventures, exploring both the pages of books and the wonders of the world around him. He had a particular fondness for classic westerns, often relishing the iconic films of John Wayne.

As we gather to honor Don's remarkable life, we invite family and friends to join us for a visitation at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Dry Ridge, 5361 Dry Ridge Rd., on March 15, 2025, from 9:30 AM until the time of the funeral service at 10:30 AM, allowing us to come together in remembrance and reflection.

In this time of mourning, we remember a man whose kindness and passion for life touched everyone he met. Don's spirit will live on in our memories, and he will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May we find solace in the love he shared and the stories that will bind us together as we celebrate his life.
