In loving memory of Denise Leonhardt, who brought joy, warmth, and kindness to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Denise was born on March 12, 1964, in Cincinnati, OH, and was the cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Phyllis Bellman. Surrounded by her beloved family, she peacefully departed this life on April 9, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion that will resonate in the hearts of many.

Denise was a devoted wife to her husband Scott Leonhardt, sharing a deep bond over their 37 years of marriage. Together, they created a nurturing and loving home, raising their children Ben (Courtney) Leonhardt and Alex Leonhardt, who will forever carry her spirit within them. She was also a caring sister to Patricia (Tim) Gubser, Joyce (Richard) Brown, Lois (Greg) Marks, Janice (Jason) Robb, and Raymond Bellman, as well as a treasured daughter in-law to Janet and the late Daniel Leonhardt and sister-in-law to Joe (Maria) Leonhardt and Kevin (Robin) Leonhardt. Denise's love extended further through her many nieces and nephews, all of whom will remember her with fondness and gratitude.

Denise was the glue of her family, fostering a spirit of togetherness that was felt by all who entered her home. She poured her heart into her family and friendships including the Smokin' Stogies. A loyal supporter of the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, FC Cincinnati and Ohio State Buckeyes, she passionately cheered for her favorite teams, sharing moments of excitement and pride with those she loved. Her laughter and unwavering support created bonds that will never be forgotten.

Having worked for 43 years as a bank teller at Fifth Third Bank, Denise exemplified dedication and hard work, serving her community with integrity and warmth. A devout Catholic, she found great fulfillment in her faith at St. Ann Parish, where she built lasting relationships.

Denise treasured the beauty of nature and found solace in quiet moments spent walking, hiking, or relaxing by the pool with a good book. Her love for travel opened her eyes to the world, filling her life with cherished memories.

A funeral service honoring Denise's life and legacy will be held at St. Ann Church 2900 W. Galbraith Rd., on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. allowing family and friends to gather, share stories, and celebrate a life well-lived. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Ann Church , 2900 W. Galbraith Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45239, allowing Denise's loving spirit to continue impacting the community she cherished so deeply.
