Deborah "Debbie" Sandman, a beloved wife, mother, mamaw and sister, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on December 2, 1956, in Cincinnati, OH, Deborah lived her life with kindness, generosity, and an infectious spirit that touched everyone around her.

Debbie was a devoted wife to her husband, Kevin Sandman, and a nurturing mom to her children, Jason (Teresa), Corri (Gregg) Weiler, and Tony Herrmann. Her home was a haven of warmth, where her loving nature shone brightly, especially as the most fun and supportive Mamaw to her beloved grandchildren, Evie, Josephine, Devyn (Nick), Reese, Logan, Scarlett, Easton, Charleigh, and Brantson. The joy she found in being a grandmother was evident in the countless hours spent playing in the backyard, and her home was always filled with the aroma of her signature family meals and the best snacks.

Debbie is also survived by her loving siblings, Pat Heeney, Janet Young, Richard Heeney Jr., Mary Ward, along with many cherished family and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved siblings, Tom, Jim, and Bob Heeney.

A proud dog mom and passionate gardener, Debbie found happiness in nurturing both her plants and her loved ones. Her warm, raspy laugh and the perfection of her homemade chili are just a couple of the countless memories that will forever echo in the hearts of those who knew her.

A celebration of Debbie's life will be held at Pebble Creek Golf Course, 9799 Prechtel Road Cincinnati, OH 45252 on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to honor her memory, share stories, and come together in a spirit of love and support-a fitting tribute to a woman who dedicated her life to making others feel special and cherished.
