It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dale D. Ward, who departed this life on September 3, 2025, at the age of 66. Dale was a devoted husband to Georgina Ward and a cherished son to Janet Ward and the late Dale Ward Sr. He leaves behind a beautiful legacy through his children, Matthew (Gina) Ward and Ann Marie (Andrew) Pressler, as well as his step-children Benjamin (Becca) Fogle, Aaron (Emily) Fogle, and Caleb Fogle. He will be profoundly missed by his beloved grandchildren, Emma Lynn, Ellie Grace, Makayla, Alden, Aycen, Adalynn, Leo, Grayson, Lucas, Braelyn, Leighton, Bowen and the late Jaxon.

Dale was a strong and caring brother to David (Mary) Ward, Judy (Doug) Fisher, Joyce (Mel) Schmidt, and Jeana (Tom) Wiesman. He was also a respected uncle to many nieces and nephews, all of whom will hold him in their hearts.

Dale embraced the beauty of life in Hawaii for several years as a resident, where he developed a deep love for the islands and their culture. This time enriched his life and he often shared stories of the beaches and the cherished memories he created during his stay.

Throughout his life, Dale found joy in playing Euchre, swimming, visiting the beach, and tending to his yard. However, his greatest passion was his family, particularly his grandchildren, who brought him immeasurable happiness.

Funeral services will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, located at 5361 Dry Ridge Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45252. A visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 10:00 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association , 225 N Michigan Ave, Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601, in Dale's memory.
