Beloved husband of Karen (nee Ryan) Campione. Devoted father of Ann-Marie (Richard) Adams, Carmine Christopher Campione, Angela (Rick) Schreiber, James (Vee Subla) Webb and Stephanie Kirkpatrick. Loving grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons. Also survived by many loving uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.  Carmine performed in the Cincinnati Symphony for over 37 years and taught for 47 years at CCM. Passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the age of 80. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd. on Wednesday (Jan. 17) from 5-7pm, where Funeral Service will take place on Thursday (Jan. 18) at 11am.
