Betty Elbert (nee Pflum), beloved wife of the late Charles Elbert. Devoted mother of Charlene (Gary) Bamberger. Loving grandmother of Brian (Cathy) Bamberger. Fond great grandmother of Emily Bamberger. Dear sister of the late William Pflum, Frank Pflum and Marie Kollstedt. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Betty passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at the age of 93. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Road on Monday (August 21) from 10am until time of funeral service at 11am.
