In loving memory of Barbara Kramer, who was born on January 20, 1936, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and was the cherished daughter of the late Robert and Ellen O'Brien. Barb passed away peacefully on June 19, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving behind a legacy of love and unwavering faith.

Barb was a devoted Catholic and a bright light in the lives of her family and friends. She will be forever reunited in heaven with her cherished husband, the late Eugene J. Kramer. She is survived by her loving daughter Theresa Kramer and a multitude of nieces and nephews, all of whom will miss her dearly. Preceding her in death are her siblings, Ellen (late Bob) Kahny, Bobby (late Georgia) O'Brien and Monica (late Larry) Schafer. Barbara will forever hold a special place in the hearts of her family, and her memory will live on through stories filled with love and laughter.

Her faith and devotion to God guided her through life, and she found solace in her role as a proud parishioner of Saint James Church, where her voice resonated in the choir. Barb also excelled in her work as a clerk for McAuley High School, always ready to lend a helping hand and share her cheerful spirit. Her family was her greatest joy, and they will carry her memory with them through stories filled with love and laughter.

In honoring Barb's life and legacy, visitation will be held at Frederick Funeral Home, located at 2553 Banning Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45239, on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. James Church, 3565 Hubble Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45247, at 10:30 AM. Her family invites all who knew and loved Barb to gather in remembrance, sharing in the grief of her passing and celebrating the remarkable woman she was.
