Augustus "Gus" F. Melchion, beloved husband of 40 years to Judy (nee Robers) Melchion. Father of Christine Perkins, Frank Melchion, and step-father of Mike (Laura) Stehlin. Grandfather of 8 grandchildren and great grandfather of 3 great grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Anthony Melchion and late Lillian Callahan. Gus enjoyed golfing, swimming, trivia and most of all.... CRUISING. He lived an adventurous life cruising as often as he could. He loved his friends and family and will be missed dearly as he takes his final cruise to heaven. Gus passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 3, 2023, at the age of 78. Visitation at St. Joseph Catholic Church (North Bend), 25 E Harrison Ave., on Thursday (August 24) from 11:00 a.m. until Memorial Mass at 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mary's Marathon, c/o Mary Stratton, Northside Bank & Trust, 633 Anderson Ferry Road, Cincinnati, OH 45238.
