"Toni" Hanson, a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, who departed this world on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on January 29, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Toni was a vibrant spirit whose kindness and generosity touched the lives of all who knew her.

Toni's true pride and joy blossomed in her role as a mother to her beloved daughters: Jennifer Hanson and Megan (Matt) Stasi, and as a grandmother to her adored grandkids: Brandon, Mila, Owen, and Levi. She found endless delight in cheering them on from the sidelines, capturing their passions through her lens as their personal photographer.

Toni was a vibrant soul who graduated from Our Lady of Angel's High School in 1975. Her journey began at the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, where her career blossomed, leading her to Cincinnati Children's before landing her most fulfilling role as a capital buyer. Toni's time at Procter & Gamble was particularly special, where she formed lifelong friendships that would be cherished through the years.

A woman of many talents, Toni expressed her love through art and creativity. She spent countless hours crocheting cozy blankets and lovingly crafting dolls, children's clothing, and Halloween costumes brimming with imagination. Her talents extended beyond the family sphere; she was a dedicated Girl Scout troop leader, guiding young girls on their journeys of growth and discovery. Her generous spirit shone through in her volunteer work at the Cincinnati Zoo, and as a photographer for the Florence Freedom baseball team, capturing moments that would be treasured by many.

Her love for life was matched only by her devotion to family. An ardent football fan, Toni embraced the camaraderie and excitement of the game. She opened her heart to animals, especially her cat companions that graced her life. Toni's heart was a wellspring of compassion-her greatest joy was in giving to others, a true testament to her character. Whether helping those in her community or donating to those in need, her legacy is one of love, generosity, and kindness. Toni's commitment to giving back was evident in her passionate support for The Foster Care Council in Lexington, where her generous spirit made a true difference.

An avid bowler, Toni spent lively evenings on the lanes, surrounded by friends. She was also a devoted lover of stories, often found with a captivating book in hand or lost in action-packed movies, especially her favorite, Superman.

As we remember Toni, we celebrate her warmth, her laughter, and the countless moments she shared with family and friends. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she loved and in the lives she touched-with a particular sparkle in the eyes of her grandchildren as they recount the countless stories of her love and devotion.

In honor of Toni's vibrant life, we invite you to join a celebration of her life and open house on Saturday, June 28, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Frederick Funeral Home Family Center, located at 2553 Banning Road. This gathering will be a place to reflect, reminisce, and share in the joy of the memories we hold dear. We welcome everyone to share in refreshments, laughter, and heartfelt stories that pay tribute to the beautiful impact Toni had on each of us.
