Alice M. (nee Tasset) Schwab, beloved wife of the late John Schwab. Devoted mother of John (Julie) Schwab, Patti (John) Hill, and the late Paul Schwab. Loving grandmother of Mary Kate (Patrick Schnell) Hill, Benjamin (Caroline) Hill, Sarah (Adam) Arnett, Joseph (Acacia) Hill, and John David Hill. Great grandmother of Alan Schnell, Ada Schnell, Alice Hill, Lyla Hill, and Joanna Hill. Dear sister of the late Jean Smith, late Edwin (late Marilyn) Tasset, and late Thomas (Joan) Tasset. Alice liked being involved in the church and her community. She taught CCD class, gave communion to those in the hospital and was a Franciscan associate. She also volunteered at the Green Township senior center in her free time. When she wasn't giving back to the community she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and was always there when you needed her. She loved her friends, family and her faith and will be missed dearly. Alice peacefully passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at the age of 88. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd., on Friday (October 20, 2023) from 9:00 a.m.  to 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. James Church, 3565 Hubble Rd., at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oldenburg Franciscan Center , 22143 Main St, Oldenburg, IN 47036 or St. Leo the Great , 2573 St Leo Pl, Cincinnati, OH 45225.
